San Martin De Los Andes
La Cabana esta situada en el barrio privado mas cotizado de San Martin de los Andes a 1 km de la palza central. Como podran apreciar a traves de las fotos, el paisaje que rodea al complejo es extraordinario siendo el cerro Chapelco la atraccion pricipal. La proiedad consta de 75 mts2 (dos plantas) con un patio interno (zona comun de los tres vecinos) de 40 mts2 aproximadamente con ambos accesos interior y exterior. The cabin is situated in the most prestigious gated community within the city limits of San Martin de Los Andes only 1km from the centre square. As you can see from the fotogalery, the landscapes and views that surround the area are spectacular. The Chapelco mountain and ski resort being the most notable. The cabin is 75 m2 on two floors with an internal court yard shared by three other units that can be accessed from both the interior and exterior of the building. The gated community consists of 20 luxury homes and 3 buildings of 5 cabins each that share large green spaces for outdoor reunions and barbeques. The furniture in the cabin was made by a local artesan carpenter from a wood called rauli indigenous only this part of the world. The wood is very rare as it is currently a protected species. The Applainces are mostly highend and include a Bocsh fridge, washer and dryer. Also included is a stove, microwave, security alarm, intercom with gate opener. The cabin has two bedrooms an open concept kitchen living and dining room with 1.5 bathrooms and a small laundry room. All rooms are equiped with gas heaters that keep the cabin very cozy even on the coldest nights.
